The dirtiest dive bar I have EVER been in. The ceiling is falling in and everything is sticky. But the beer is cold (out of a cooler) and people are super nice. I'll take this place anyday over a tourist spot with a bunch of snooty people. Ted the bartender is AWESOME!! He entertained us all night and I hope I get to see him again.

A true "dive bar" experience, one of the best in the country! Great bartenders with lots of interesting, fun stories, cold beer, skee-ball/ping pong, friendly locals that make you feel at home...what more could you ask for? The owner, Joe, is the best part of the bar though - go early in the afternoon/evening so you can catch him before the "real bartenders" come in for the night. He knows his regulars well and has plenty of funny, crazy stories about the bar over the years. This place is a must see for dive bar lovers traveling to Key West!! Tip for travelers - DO NOT come here if you're looking for a mai tai and chicken strips, please go to your hotel bar for that.
